From Process Requirement to Dispatch

Every machine moves through a disciplined sequence, with the engineering, fabrication, mechanical and control teams working around one production requirement.

  1. Process-led engineering

    We begin with the fabric, working width, batch capacity, heating source and required level of automation.

  2. In-house fabrication

    Frames, troughs and structural assemblies are fabricated for the demands of continuous dye-house production.

  3. Stainless-steel construction

    Liquor-contact parts use SS 316L and SS 304 to resist corrosion and support dependable service life.

  4. Mechanical & gearbox assembly

    Rolls, shafts, bearings, gearboxes and drive systems are aligned and assembled for stable fabric movement.

  5. Electrical & PLC integration

    Panels, controls, sensors and PLC/HMI systems are wired and configured for the selected machine platform.

  6. Inspection & trial run

    Mechanical movement, controls and key operating functions are checked before the machine is prepared for dispatch.
