Our story

From Textile Components to Jigger Specialists

From our 5,000 m² manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad, we design, fabricate, assemble and test our machines in-house. This gives us greater control over quality and enables us to adapt each system to the customer’s fabric, width, process and production requirements.

Jeckswell Jiggers are engineered to process crease-sensitive, permeable and non-permeable fabrics in open-width form while maintaining controlled tension, uniform temperature and a low, homogeneous liquor ratio. With installations across India and international markets, we continue to combine proven mechanical engineering with practical automation and responsive service.

  1. 1971

    Textile machinery foundations

Founded in 1971, Jeckswell Machinery Pvt. Ltd. began by manufacturing parts and components for spinning and weaving machinery.

  2. 1982

    Jigger dyeing specialisation

In 1982, we introduced our own range of Jigger Dyeing Machines, beginning a specialist journey that has continued for more than four decades.

  3. Today

    Three dedicated machine platforms

Today, Jeckswell designs and manufactures three dedicated platforms: the Semi-Automatic / Classic Jigger, Automatic / Smart Jigger and Atmospheric Automatic Jigger. Available in capacities from 75 kg to 2,000 kg, every machine is engineered for dependable fabric handling, consistent dyeing quality, low maintenance and long service life.

What we build for

Three Things, Engineered In

  • Reliability

A machine earns its keep only when it runs

We over-engineer the parts that matter — drives, gearboxes, rolls and trough — so machines keep producing.

  • Consistency

Mills live or die by shade

Our controls and tension systems are built to deliver repeatable, right-first-time results.

  • Cost

    Lower cost per metre dyed

Lower liquor ratio, lower energy use and long service life over the life of the machine.
